The 2nd International Conference on Infrastructure and Technology for Regional Development (ICITERA) 2025

Greetings,

First and foremost, the organizing committee would like to express our sincerest gratitude for your enthusiasm and the scientific contributions you have submitted to participate in The 2nd International Conference on Infrastructure
and Technology for Regional Development (ICITERA) 2025.

It is with deep regret that we must inform you that the conference, originally scheduled for December 5-6, 2025, has been postponed until a later date to be announced. This decision was made after careful consideration due to unforeseen
technical issues beyond our control. Our main priority is to ensure the conference proceeds with the highest quality and provides the best experience for all attendees.

We understand that this change may cause inconvenience. We sincerely apologize for this postponement. We highly appreciate your understanding and support for ICITERA 2025. Information regarding the new schedule will be announced as
