If the applicant cannot attend the conference in person, they are encouraged to attach a maximum 10-minute video (for paper) and 5-minute video (for poster) explaining the content of their research (YouTube link or other cloud share system). Please use the conference background. In general, during the presentation day, the flow would be 10 minutes presentation (video recording/asynchronous) and 3-5 minutes QnA synchronous, so please still attend the parallel session in the meeting link (will be shared later).

*The student proceeding fee is Rp. 300,000 or 50 USD (for both online and offline participants), with proof of a student ID card.
